As a Trading Business Analyst, you will have: Expertise in execution workflows across Asia Pacific markets in asset classes such as Equity, Listed Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX.
Front-to-back experience, from trade capture to execution and lifecycle events.
Business & system analysis and maintenance experience, including: - Triage support issues, identifying bugs or system enhancements - Design solutions for the development team - Collaborate with developers to elicit, understand, and document system requirements - Work closely with developers to provide business insights - Design, document, and execute solutions addressing business problems, in partnership with product managers for new product launches What you are responsible for Applying detailed knowledge of business requirements and workflows to assist in product development Researching and producing business and technical requirement documents Gathering product requirements and developing feature specifications with customers and product management Partnering with development teams to develop, implement, and refine features Planning and scheduling validation tasks, conducting manual tests, and developing verification plans Providing feedback on product performance Reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness Supporting client beta testing and training personnel on new product features Managing project schedules and deliverables Supporting implementation and resolving escalated client issues Participating in Agile processes, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives Participating in group testing activities as needed What we value Strong analytical skills for quick, independent information analysis Excellent communication skills at an executive level Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across all organizational levels High motivation, initiative, and ability to work independently Proven ability to develop and manage cross-functional processes and timelines Attention to detail, follow-through, and time management skills Ability to develop recommendations and make decisions based on data Education: BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Business with an MIS background.
