The Project Manager will manage the delivery of multiple subdivision projects, including managing programs, budgets and subcontractors.
This role requires organisation and strong communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
* Manage residential subdivision projects through to completion
* Developing a trusted contractor base across all trades
* Coordinating all trades and subcontractors, civil engineers, surveyors, environmental consultants etc.
* Manage the creation of the Project Brief utilising internal and external resources as required to prepare the base information and define expected outcomes
* Create and monitor the development programmes & budgets for each project
* Ensure all project revenues and costs (planning, consultant, development and construction) are monitored and managed in line with budgets and/or contracts in place.
* Ensure all project invoices are entered into invoice schedule for sign-off by the director
* Manage the design process to achieve a marketable cost-effective design that is documented in accordance with the Project and/or Product brief, budget and required timeframes
* Manage applications to consent authority including modification applications
* Ensure planning and development approvals are achieved in accordance with feasibility timeframes and the project brief
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil engineering or a related field
* Minimum 5+ years in a similar role
* Programming, cost, and procurement experience
* Strong understanding of site development, utilities, stormwater management and roadway construction
