You will work closely with operational leaders to foster a culture of engagement, performance, and continuous improvement.
* Partner with operational leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance employee engagement.
* Provide expert guidance on matters including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and promoting a fair and equitable workplace.
* Utilise data including HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions to improve organisational effectiveness.
* Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, fostering open communication and a positive work environment.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a large-scale, logistics or blue-collar environment.
* Knowledge of employment laws and industrial relations, particularly within an EA framework.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
