We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate and suitable skilled individual to join our Health & Safety Team servicing the community through education and enforcement processes.
Working in a team environment you will be responsible for educating our community about responsible cat management and responding to cat management issues.
To be considered for this role you will need to work effectively in a small team and possess excellent communication skills which will ensure you can deliver both the enforcement and educational components of the role as well as your knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures.
Experience working in local government in Public Safety Officer and a working knowledge of the relevant legislation would be advantageous but is not considered essential.
Salary range is $85,142 - $91,967(Pro rata for part-time hours) plus superannuation depending on skills and experience.
