About the position
The Executive are seeking the services of a Room Attendant to join their Housekeeping team. The opportunity is KPI driven with set achievements for each shift. This position will require the successful applicant to be available for shifts from 9am – 3pm, across 7 days including weekends and public holidays. Availability during the busy summer school holiday period is essential.
Core responsibilities include:
Cleaning of rooms as per daily scheduling
Stocking of room attendant trolleys
Maintain chemical containers
Ensure cleanliness of storerooms and stock control
Making beds to meet required standard
Vacuuming of rooms and corridors and outside doorways
Cleaning of bathrooms and amenities
Dusting and cleaning of furniture, mirrors and glass areas
Disposal of waste
About you
You are a team player with excellent communication skills and the demonstrated ability to work unsupervised if required. You will have a strong work ethic and be reliable. Experience in a similar position is highly regarded but not essential.
