Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate Chef / Cook to join our supportive team at a beautiful aged care facility in Wanneroo. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference by preparing nutritious, high-quality meals for residents in a professional and caring kitchen environment.
Location: Wanneroo, WA
Job Type: Part-Time (Wednesday – Sunday, 7:00am – 3:00pm)
Pay: to be advised; super and penalty rates may apply.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present fresh, high-quality meals for residents and staff
* Assist with bulk meal preparation and daily kitchen operations
* Deliver friendly and efficient service
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen
* Follow food safety and workplace health standards
* Prepare texture-modified meals with care and attention
Desired Skills and Experience
* Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
* Previous experience as a Cook or Chef (aged care experience highly regarded but not essential)
* Strong ability to work both independently and in a team
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Passion for delivering quality food and resident-focused care
