**The role**:
We are looking for a fast learner with the drive to grow and improve yourself. You must be meticulous, crave results and can't stand missing the mark or falling short. Lastly, you truly appreciate and thrive in an autonomous work environment. Work with us is 100% remote and flexible. We believe your best environment is our best environment.
**Key Requirements**:
- 2+ years of Photography/editing experience
- High attention to detail
- Availability to work casually, with occasional weekend and after-hours time
- Basic understanding of lighting
- Thorough understanding of Adobe Lightroom
- Open to constructive feedback and collaboration
- Exceptional project management
- Knowledge of the latest social media and digital trends
**Experience preferred but not mandatory**:
- Lightroom
- Photoshop
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Edit high-end productions for world-class real estate, construction, and property development organizations
- Work for ecommerce brands, Events & more
- Create quality productions in a timely manner, often within tight deadlines
- Work closely with team members to create and execute new ideas
- Report directly to the AX Creative team
**Other**:
- AX will provide any equipment necessary for you to complete your job.
- If you have your own equipment that's a bonus!
- If you have little experience and you are willing to learn, we are willing to take you on onboard

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
