We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator who is highly organized, meticulous, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients in person and over the phone, managing their experience to ensure exceptional customer service.
Conduct basic hearing screenings using iPads and explain results to clients in an easy-to-understand manner.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
Assist clinicians with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinical appointments (must have excellent computer skills).
Efficiently manage day-to-day clinic operations with clinicians and support staff.
Maintain clear communication with clinicians and support staff throughout the day.
Learn and use a range of software and applications.
Oversee calendar appointments, dispatch and receipt of mail, hearing aids, and accessories.
Assist with minor hearing-aid repairs and provide troubleshooting support.
Manage stock levels for clinic requirements.
Ensure accurate data entry and handle general correspondence.
Manage banking, petty cash, and month-end reporting processes.
Support audiologists in growing the local client base.
Qualifications
A passion for delivering exceptional client care and ability to engage with all clients.
Experience in the allied health industry or a similar role is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and active listening.
