Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
* Processing property-related transactions for the sales department
* Daily disbursements from the sales trust account
* Monitoring marketing expenditure and vendor cost recovery
* Liaising with management, sales agents, and buyers/sellers as required
* End-of-month sales trust reconciliation and reporting using
Agent Box
To Be Successful, You Will:
* Have experience in a similar role within real estate sales trust administration
* Be highly competent in using
Agent Box
(sales trust module)
* Have a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
* Be willing to learn and grow with our systems and processes
* Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
* Be reliable, honest, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Have a positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
* This is an
