About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Machine Operator/ General Hand to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on outdoor work, operating specialised machinery.
This is a casual role, with a minimum of 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for additional hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate machines, and related equipment safely and efficiently
* Launce, retrieve, and transport machinery to and from and on job sites
* Monitor equipment performance and report any faults or issues
* Assist with routine maintenance including lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
* Complete operational logs, maintenance records, and job documentation
* Participate in training related to machine operation, WHS, and aquatic weed management
Requirements
* Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety
* Experience with boats, machinery, or plant equipment Good physical fitness for outdoor and water‑based work
* White Card
* Current NSW Driver’s Licence
* General Boat Licence or willingness to obtain one
* Ability to work in and around water, including on floating platforms and amphibious equipment
