Our team in a Newcastle office has an exciting opportunity available for a dedicated and efficient Customer Care Executive to join them in a permanent full-time role.
About the Job:
* Conduct outbound calls to existing customers and deliver exceptional customer service
* Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and customers of various solutions
* Actively identify new business lead opportunities and communicate these via standard operating procedures to the relevant field sales person
* Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone conversations and networking
* Effectively manage and resolve all customer enquiries in a timely manner
* Focus on client retention and protect existing portfolios by identifying opportunities to re-sign and upgrade existing contracts
* Create quality sales leads for the field-based sales team
About You:
* Prior experience in Sales, Account Management and Customer Service roles
* Highly developed negotiation skills to ensure contractual obligations are met
* Demonstrated skills in B2B sales development
* Highly effective time management skills
* Intermediate computer and system skills
* Complaint handling experience
* Able to work under pressure, multi-task and work autonomously
* Meet daily/monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
