Job Overview:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance & Risk Manager who can work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. This role will oversee quality assurance activities and act as the first point of contact for quality, risk and issues on the program.

The Quality Assurance & Risk Manager is responsible for reviewing/identifying quality issues and developing resolutions or corrective action plans, actively engaging in end-to-end risk mitigation planning, resolution, and monitoring activities, and consulting on processes development in relation to the quality framework and implementation of improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform quality audits, risk management and evaluations on the effectiveness of processes relating to the quality frameworks.
* Collaborate with technical leads including engineering, service delivery, contract and architectural leads.
* Install a framework of improvements to processes and procedures across the program through a collaborative approach to quality and continuous improvement.
* Provide input into and perform annual reviews of the quality management and assurance plans.
* Execute quality control activities in accordance with the quality assurance plan.
* Conduct reviews of contract data requirements list and work products.
* Report on performance metrics (e.g. KPI's).
* Support and conduct internal program audits for ISO and standards.
* Review the results of metrics analysis to determine whether additional process audits are needed.
* Be responsible for audit surveillance activities conducted on key suppliers.
* Provide training and awareness to program staff.
* Build and maintain strong and positive working relationships and effective means of communication with key project stakeholders.

Requirements:

* Quality assurance and control experience in an ICT service delivery environment.
* Experience of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
* Good verbal and written skills.
* Ability to multi-task and function in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
