We are looking for an experienced and reliable Florist to join our team. This role is hands-on and involves all aspects of running the shop — from opening and closing, to arranging flowers, serving customers, and keeping the store beautiful.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create bespoke bouquets and floral arrangements to a high standard.
* Open and close the shop confidently.
* Prepare, condition, and maintain flowers (including changing water daily).
* Keep the shop floor and work areas clean, tidy, and well-presented.
* Restock, rotate, and merchandise flowers and products.
* Provide warm and knowledgeable customer service in-store and over the phone.
* Assist with weddings, events, and deliveries when required.
