Role Overview
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
* Answering phone calls and emails promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
* Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, referrers, and hospital specialists.
* Work across both our Hospital and MRI clinics, gaining exposure to the research department in the MRI Neuroscience building.
What we\'re looking for
* Exceptional Communicator - Clear and professional verbal and written skills are a must.
* Master Multitasker - Strong organizational abilities to keep everything running like clockwork and confidence working across multiple systems and screens.
* Service Experience - A background in customer service is essential, ideally with medical reception experience.
