About the opportunity

Responsibilities
* Provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with careplans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Mercy Health
* Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care
* Work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information
What you'll bring

* Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
* NDIS clearance
