DP World is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the of capital and operational projects across international freight forwarding, warehousing, control-centre operations, and remote site logistics. You will assist Project Managers with planning, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and reporting, helping ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role also contributes to DP World's expanding operations in data centres, oil and gas, mining, and construction logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
Assist with preparing reports, documentation, meeting minutes, and project updates.
Track budgets, procurement activities, and contractor deliverables under the guidance of the Project Manager.
Help monitor contractor compliance with safety requirements and DP World policies.
Coordinate communication between internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
Assist in identifying risks, tracking issues, and following up on action items.
Maintain accurate project records, registers, and document control.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
1–2 year's experience in International Freight Forwarding, project coordination, administration, or a related role.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
Solid knowledge in Cargowise, Safety Culture Programs, landside logistics and warehousing operations transport operations including CoR, and NHVL.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite and preparing project reports.
Experience in logistics, terminals, or heavy industry (desirable).
