We are currently looking for a Computational Designer - REMOTE. In this role, you will be pivotal in creating innovative solutions that harness AI and computational design to improve the construction industry. As part of a global team, you will collaborate with various experts to develop modular and scalable solutions using platforms like Grasshopper and Rhino Compute. Your work will not only drive efficiency but also redefine how design and construction processes are executed. Accountabilities
* Collaborate with teammates to build modular, scalable solutions.
* Utilize creativity and expertise in visual scripting for high-quality outputs.
* Adhere to guidelines while enhancing and growing the platform.
* Deliver organized Grasshopper solutions tailored to client‐specific outputs.
* Develop custom API solutions for software interoperability.
* Create custom nodes in Python and C# for various applications.
* Handle sensitive client data with utmost care.
* Collaborate on executing full‐stack software solutions with engineering teams.
Requirements
* Minimum of 8+ years of experience using Rhino and Grasshopper.
* Strong background in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC).
* Proficient in Computational Design and Generative Design.
* Ability to create complex geometry and visualizations.
* Knowledge of data structures and manipulations.
* Expertise in Python and C#.
* Familiarity with Grasshopper SDK and development environments like Visual Studio Code.
* Portfolio showcasing computational design contributions.
