Skip Bin Manager – Join The Team
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Skip Bin Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of this waste management service provider. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating skip bin deliveries and collections, managing inventory, and ensuring all operations run efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily skip bin operations, including scheduling deliveries and pickups
* Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows
* Manage inventory and maintain operational efficiency
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and waste management standards
* Monitor service performance and resolve operational issues promptly
* Lead and support team members to achieve high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
About You:
* Strong organizational and scheduling skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in waste management
* Proven experience managing teams and coordinating workflows
* Comfortable using scheduling and logistics software
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Physically capable of assisting with operational tasks when required
* Previous experience in waste management or transport (preferred)
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
