Who We're Looking For
We're after experienced tradespeople and motivated apprentices who:
* Have experience in mechanical plumbing, commercial refrigeration, or HVAC service
* Take pride in their workmanship and presentation
* 2-4 years post HVAC trade experience required
* Communicate well and work well in a team
* Have a positive, can-do attitude
* Are reliable, trustworthy, and take initiative
* Refrigeration Mechanic requirement ONLY (Coolroom & Freezer room experience essential)
* Enjoy mentoring apprentices or growing into leadership roles
* Ability to run commercial sites advantage but not essential

Requirements
* Relevant Trade Qualification or License (Plumbing, Electrical, or Refrigeration)
* Current Australian Driver's License
* White Card (OH&S Induction)
* Working With Children's Check / Police Check (or ability to obtain)
