We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our Accounts Team in Crestmead. Full-hours 7am-4pm. This role is suited to someone that aligns with the daily core duties listed below, that is looking for hands on, data entry and Reconciling. This role is not for an Accountant or a Senior Accountant.

The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the core daily responsibilities of the Accounts Officer’s will be to:
* Reconcile and process daily banking from all Branches within the Group
* Post and reconcile customer payments
* Process new commercial credit account applications
* Update and maintain the customer database with changes as required
* Provide general support to the Finance and Admin functions
Knowledge and Experience
* Demonstrated data entry experience within a high-volume Hand-on transactional environment
* Ability to work under limited supervision
* Experience with complex ERP systems is a bonus
* High level computer skills and high proficiency with Excel
* High level of problem solving and attention to detail
