There are plenty of options for lunch and catching up with colleagues or friends after work.What you'll contribute toThe Product Managers will be accountable for understanding and translating TFA’s strategic objectives into a roadmap and backlog of Product Features to deliver both business transformation, and organisational value.Our Support Services teams: Enterprise Data & Analytics, HR, IT, Operations and Projects are at the heart of our business providing quality, change and innovative services that drive our business forwards. We also have a dedicated Customer Experience team, who are focussed on improving our customer journey and experience.How you'll make an impactThe Product Managers will be expected to work in close collaboration with key stakeholders, IT, strategy & transformation, and end business users to create, define, and manage an endorsed product delivery roadmap and backlog of ready features.These are two new positions and the chosen Product Managers will lead a team of Product Owners by planning future work into appropriate timelines, and then assist their team by distilling the intent, direction and business objectives for delivery.Plan and PrioritiseDevelop and consistently refine a Product roadmap and backlog comprising initiatives, enablers, and required product uplift to deliver business objectivesDefine the Product vision, aligned to TFA’s strategic objectivesEnsure the next two PI’s worth of Features are refined, elaborated and in priority order. Manage the flow of work to ensure maximum productivity and efficiencyDrive Features through to Definition of Ready for the upcoming PICommunicate and gain endorsement for product roadmapsLeadingDevelop and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders to understand objectives and capability requirements needing to be supported by products under their respective managementChallenge and drive business transformation by leveraging high quality, and industry leading platform usageThe Product Manager will lead, influence and align stakeholders around the vision and transition of technology products to deliver upon business objectivesThe Product Manager is accountable for leading a team of Product owners, by communicating the product vision, roadmap, and opportunities for Product upliftDeliver ValueWork with stakeholders to understand, and define the business value derived from initiativesEnsure Features are aligned to maximise business valueWork closely with IT colleagues to deliver product capability which meets objectives, and is delivered consistently to a high standardYour attributesExtensive experience in a product Ownership positionRelevant experience with agile deliveryFinance or automotive sector experienceExperience with PEGA, AEM, Salesforce or similar productsExperience with agile product designSharp analytical and problem solvingAbility to manage stakeholder relationshipsLife at Toyota & What we offer youWe pride ourselves on a work culture that supports and rewards people.
