Reporting to the Office Manager, you’ll provide hands-on support across a wide range of tasks to ensure the office operates efficiently every day. No two days will look the same – one moment you might be setting up equipment for a new starter, the next you’re helping with office enquiries, arranging vehicle servicing, or grabbing supplies for a team event.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day assistance to the Office Manager and wider leadership team
- Keep the office and meeting spaces organised, tidy, and presentable at all times
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and courier requirements
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring equipment is well maintained and stocked
- Support the scheduling of meetings and appointments, including preparing meeting spaces
- Organise staff travel bookings, including transport and accommodation when required
- Contribute to planning and delivering team events, functions, and office activities
- Arrange and purchase items for staff birthdays, welcome packs, and team celebrations
- Play a key role in the smooth daily operations of the office
- Oversee vehicle-related tasks, such as arranging servicing and coordinating fleet requirements
- Support the onboarding process by preparing workstations and setting up IT equipment
- Handle confidential information with discretion and in line with company policies
About you
- Ideally 12 months of office administration experience (not essential if you bring the right attitude and willingness to learn)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to stay on top of multiple priorities
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to “run the show” when it comes to office needs
- Emotional maturity and the ability to interact confidently with a wide range of people
- Someone who enjoys being the person people rely on to get things done
- Hold a current driver’s licence
The details
- Permanent, full-time position
- Monday – Friday (in office position)
- Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm (parking on-site)
