The Project
CPB Contractors will be delivering a new construction project in the Northwest of WA for Defence. The overall project is more than 2 years in duration, involving significant construction upgrades to airfield asphalt pavements and related infrastructure assets.

Join CPB Contractors as a full-time employee and contribute to the success of one of Australia's largest contractors. Engage with industry leaders from project start-up, working on a fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) basis on a 3 weeks on, 1 week off roster.
We have opportunities for Pugmill Operatorson this project
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
* Pugmill operating experience – ability to set up, precisely blend, monitor material output properties and moisture control.
* Ability to perform routine maintenance on pugmill plant / cement silo.
* Experience in managing quarry products and stockpiles.
* Civil Construction plant operations experience
* FIFO experience and ability to work effectively in a remote, high-performance team.
* Ability to pass Defence security requirements and project medical assessments.
* Plant Operator tickets (RII Coded) – multi-ticketed desirable.
* Loader Operations experience, 3 years min. Current Loader ticket.
* HR Drivers Licence
* PTD Endorsement Highly Desirable
