Our client, Xplore Services Pty Ltd. is one of the fastest growing fundraising agencies operating across Australia. Xplore Services specializes in developing and delivering professional face-to-face and door-to-door fundraising campaigns for NGO's in Australia.
Xplore Services now has an overseas presence and is operating in countries such as Indonesia, and India working with more than 12 clients with more than hundred fundraisers 100 staff.
Due to ongoing steady growth, client is now looking to hire a full time Recruitment Consultant to join an established and highly collaborative team. The In-house Corporate Recruiter will be a large contributor to the success and growth of the company by achieving staffing objectives through sourcing and identifying candidates for open positions within Xplore Services.

You will demonstrate the ability to think creatively and provide solutions for difficult to fill roles.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelors' Degree in related field with at least 2 years fully cycle recruiting experience
Responsibilities
* Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates
* Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure current business goals are continuously attained
* Provide advice and information to management on workplace relations policies and procedures, staff performance and disciplinary matters
* Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
* Undertake negotiations on terms and conditions of employment, and examine and resolve disputes and grievances
* Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, attending career fairs, using newsgroups and job sites
* Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
* Arrange the induction of staff and providing information on conditions of service, salaries and promotional opportunities
* Maintain personnel records and associated human resource information systems
* Develop, plan and formulate enterprise agreements or collective contracts such as productivity-based wage adjustment procedures, workplace relations policies and programs, and procedures for their implementation
* Study and interpret legislation, awards, collective agreements and employment contracts, wage payment systems and dispute settlement procedures
* Work collaboratively with a highly experienced team, maintain a high productivity level, embrace ongoing learning and professional development
* Proactive forecast through data analysis ensuring current and future staffing requirements are met
Qualifications
* Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, recruitment, payroll and performance management
* Excellent written and verbal communications
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity
* Good understanding of developing innovative engagement and/or sourcing strategies and processes
* Ability to identify and engage professionals at all levels and from a range of disciplines
