Shane Jackson Racing is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead our Flemington operation and play a key role in a growing, professional racing stable.
About the Role :
* Oversee day-to-day stable operations at Flemington
* Manage and support stable staff
* Ensure horses are prepared to a high standard
* Liaise closely with the Trainer and management
* Raceday representation as required
Details:
* 6 mornings per week
* 1–2 afternoons
* Every 3rd Sunday
* Above award wages (commensurate with experience)
Strong leadership, reliability, and a hands-on work ethic are essential. Previous foreman or senior stable experience is highly regarded.
