Key Responsibilities
* Deliver warm, professional service while efficiently checking guests in and out.
* Assist with night operations and deliver a warm, personalised welcome experience for guests.
* Step up to cover Night Manager days off, overseeing all night operations and ensuring safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
* Monitor and support the performance of Rooms Division and Food & Beverage departments overnight.
* Collaborate with all hotel departments to maintain service standards and resolve operational issues.
* Complete accurate night audit tasks and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
* Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth overnight operations.
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in front office or night audit roles within a hotel environment.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process guest transactions and complete nightly audit reports.
* Confident using hotel systems for reservations, payments, and reporting.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a guest‐first approach.
* Knowledge of hotel policies, WH&S standards, and cashiering procedures.
* Ability to work independently overnight while leading and motivating teams across multiple departments during overnight shifts.
