Site Supervisor (Residential)
We're a long-established Toowoomba builder known for quality homes and doing things properly. While we're one of the larger builders in the region, we're not a volume, cookie-cutter operation — our focus is well-built, well-managed homes and a team that takes pride in their work.
As our team continues to grow, we're looking for an up-and-coming Site Supervisor who wants to be trained, supported, and developed into running their own sites.
The Role
This position suits a Leading Hand, Foreman, or Assistant Supervisor ready for the next step. You'll work alongside experienced supervisors, learning full project delivery without being thrown in the deep end.
What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting with day-to-day supervision of residential builds
* Coordinating trades and deliveries
* Monitoring quality and build standards
* Supporting site schedules and progress tracking
* Maintaining clean, safe, well-run sites
About You
* Residential construction experience (trade or supervisory)
* Strong understanding of build sequencing
* Keen to grow into a Site Supervisor role
* Cert IV in Building & Construction (or willing to obtain)
* White Card & driver's licence
