Are you an experienced dental receptionist who is organised, friendly, and a natural multitasker? This is your chance to be the welcoming face of our practice!
🦷 Day-to-Day:
* Greet patients with a smile and help them feel comfortable and excited about their orthodontic journey
* Book appointments for new and existing patients with precision
* Help create and maintain processes that showcase our dedication to customer service, quality, and efficiency
* Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth communication and seamless workflows
* Handle administrative tasks with accuracy, including patient contracts (payment plans) and chart entries
* Manage phone and email inquiries in a prompt and friendly manner
* Maintain and update office manuals as needed
🤩 About You:
* Experience in the dental or medical industry will be a bonus, but not a deal-breaker – we're more interested in your passion for delivering exceptional customer service and your ability to learn quickly!
* Experience in dental or medical reception, administration or customer service is highly regarded but not essential. We'll show you the ropes!
* You’re a natural at building rapport with people of all ages whether chatting with kids or adults, you know how to connect
* You have an eye for detail and love seeing tasks through to completion
* Teamwork is your thing, you thrive when collaborating with others and enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment
* Routine doesn’t scare you! You take pride in ticking off daily processes and staying organised
* You understand the importance of first impressions, impeccable personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance are a must
