We are seeking a sales professional to represent our premium Expandable Granny Flat and modular housing solutions.
This role is strictly for candidates with direct experience selling Granny Flats, modular/prefab homes, or residential building projects. You must understand the realities of design coordination, council approvals, pricing structures, upgrade options, construction processes, and delivery timelines.
You will manage high-value sales end-to-end from qualified enquiry through to signed contract acting as a trusted advisor to Australian homeowners.
This is not a real estate or property sales role. Candidates whose experience is limited to real estate brokerage, leasing, or off-the-plan apartment sales will not be considered.

* Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within:
* Granny flats / modular or prefab housing
* Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry to contract signing
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to understand customer needs and present tailored housing solutions
* Confident in explaining technical and commercial aspects, including:
* Product specifications
* Pricing and upgrade options
* Council approval considerations
* Installation timelines and site requirements
* Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset
* High level of professionalism and customer service when dealing with Australian homeowners
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal project and operations teams
* Well-organised, with good time management and follow-up discipline
* Valid Full driver's licence and willingness to attend site visits or client meetings when required
* Australian work rights are required for this position
