The Opportunity
We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our team in the Katoomba/Blue Mountains region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for gaining new customers and revenue, while retaining and growing a profitable portfolio of existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
* Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of new prospects and major contract renewals being negotiated as per agreed targets and pricing criteria.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Commercial Sales Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within Commercial/Industrial B2B sales.
* Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to find solutions and be decisive.
* Relationship Building: Ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
* Time Management: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and drive results.
* Tech Savvy: Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience with a Sales CRM desirable.
