About the Role
Spinify is a leading engagement and gamification platform helping organisations around the world drive employee motivation, productivity, and performance. We're a fast-growing SaaS company — and we're looking for a SAAS Marketing Manager to own our lead generation engine and help us 10x our pipeline.
This is a full-time, fully remote role with real ownership. You'll develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels, with direct responsibility for customer acquisition and growth. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own HubSpot End-to-End: You are the architect of our HubSpot ecosystem. You'll manage and optimize all marketing processes, including lead capture, complex nurture workflows, lifecycle stage management, and deep-funnel attribution reporting.
* Fuel the Pipeline: Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns across search (SEM, SEO, AEO), social media advertising on LinkedIn, Meta, and email marketing to drive consistent, high-quality leads.
* AdWords & LinkedIn Mastery: Own and optimize paid advertising budgets across Google, LinkedIn, and G2. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle: strategy, execution, and performance.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Use SEMrush, SpyFu, Screaming Frog and platform analytics to identify trends, conduct competitor gap analysis, and make fast, data-driven pivots to improve ROI.
* Build Full-Funnel Demand: Create demand generation campaigns that capture interest from our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)—focusing on creating new demand, not just harvesting existing intent.
* Conversion Optimization: Constantly test and iterate on landing pages, CTAs, and lead magnets to improve traffic-to-lead conversion rates and lower our CAC.
* Revenue Reporting: Produce detailed performance reports for stakeholders, tying every marketing activity directly to pipeline health and revenue growth.
* Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure our marketing initiatives are perfectly synced with our 10x growth goals.
What We're Looking For
* HubSpot Expert: You have deep, hands‐on experience (5+ years) architecting the HubSpot Marketing Hub. You don't just "use" HubSpot; you build automated engines, attribution models, and sophisticated lead‐scoring systems.
* Performance Specialist: A proven track record of driving successful B2B SaaS digital marketing campaigns with a direct, measurable impact on the sales pipeline.
* Search & Social Mastery: You are an expert in Google Ads (AdWords) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. You know how to structure accounts, optimize for conversions (not just clicks), and scale spend efficiently.
* SEMrush Power User: You are confident using SEMrush for keyword research, competitor intelligence, and identifying the "low‐hanging fruit" in our search strategy.
* Analytical Mindset: You possess excellent analytical skills—you can interpret complex data from GA4 and HubSpot and turn it into clear, actionable growth decisions.
* Full-Funnel Thinker: You have a strong understanding of the entire B2B journey, including SEM, SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and marketing attribution.
* Communication & Remote Fluency: Strong communication skills with the ability to present performance insights clearly to stakeholders in a fully remote environment.
* Conversion Obsessed: You have a passion for testing new approaches and staying ahead of SaaS marketing trends to consistently lower CAC and increase LTV.
* The Credentials: A Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but your proven track record of 10x growth is what matters most.
