Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct ECO & Module Training, including Emergency Response, Warden Training, and Fire Safety
">
* Lead specialist sessions such as Bomb Threat Training and Virtual Reality Fire Training
">
* Assist in emergency procedure planning and ensuring evacuation signage accuracy
">
* Provide expert guidance in Emergency Planning Committee (EPC) meetings
">
* Deliver accredited training in line with AQTF standards
">
* Maintain records, update databases, and contribute to safety initiatives
">
">
Requirements:
">
">
* Current Driver's License and own vehicle (essential)
">
* Experience delivering ECO training, Fire Warden, Chief Warden, and Evacuation Training
">
* Background in adult learning and training delivery
">
* Strong communication and presentation skills
">
* A customer-focused approach with excellent time management
">
* Ability to build rapport and foster strong relationships
">
* Experience working independently and in a team
">
* Cert 4 in Training (highly desirable or willingness to obtain)
