The Role
Support a busy and successful sales team by assisting with the coordination, administration, and delivery of land sales. Responsibilities include:
* Acting as the first point of contact for all inquiries
* Carrying out sales administration tasks
* Supporting daily sales activities
* Managing data entry into CRM
* Opening/closing sales offices and maintaining presentation standards
* Online marketing and updating marketing collateral
About You
* Previous real estate experience preferred but not essential
* Administrative and customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
* Positive, energetic attitude and passion for property
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail
Qualifications
* Valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
* Availability to work weekends
* Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
