About this role As a growing region, Greater Brisbane Home Care is looking for dedicated and qualified Home Care Workers to join their team of compassionate professionals. This role involves working between 30 to 60 hours per fortnight, assisting elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes while promoting their well-being and autonomy.Home Care Workers in this position work independently, traveling from one client to another and are fully supported by a skilled team that includes two very supportive Team Leaders and three Senior Home Care Workers who guide and assist field staff when working autonomously.
