We are one of the fastest growing holiday rental management companies in Australia. We are seeking a super organised individual to join our agile, dynamic team environment at our Culburra Beach and Callala Bay offices.
Summary
The operations co-ordinator role assists the Operations Manager to ensure that properties are onboarded in a speedy and skilled manner and are monitored for continuous improvement. In addition, the role is responsible for monitoring and improving quality across the organisation and 3rd party suppliers.
Detailed Tasks
- Analysing reports (housekeepers, property performance) and implementing improvements
- Responding to guest reviews on all platforms
- Documenting / updating operational processes and procedures
- Liaising with OTA's to improve property performance
- Liaising with 3rd party service providers (improvements / performance)
- Training customer service staffRecruiting, inducting, assigning and re-assigning housekeepers
- Onboarding new employees
- Conducting housekeeper spot checks
- Providing Monthly Housekeeper update including Awards
- Conducting Property Inspections and creating Improvement plans for owners
- Conducting Property Inspections prior to photos and monthly premium properties
- Managing maintenance tasks
- Customer Service as required
- Other tasks as requested by Operations Manager

Experience required
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
- Experience with holiday rentals / short-term rentals highly regarded

Salary
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year + Super (dependent upon experience)
Days / Hours of work
- 5 days - 7.5 hours per day between 9am to 6pm (can start at 9 or 10am) Mon to Fri
Schedule
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
