Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and experienced Registered Midwives to deliver exceptional midwifery care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high standards of evidence-based midwifery care to women of varying ages and cultural groups.
* Deliver woman-centred care in the antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal periods.
* Work on various specialty areas including antenatal ward, Maternity Assessment unit, Birthing Suites, Postnatal ward, Cesarean lists, and Special Care Nursery.
Essential Qualifications
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife.
* Minimum of 2 years' recent experience working as a Registered Midwife in similar roles.
* Demonstrated ability to advocate for and implement individualised woman-centred care.
* Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated professional manner when working with complex situations.
