Overview
Our front of house staff are more than just a welcoming face; they are responsible for the everyday running of the barber shop. This fast‐paced role requires excellent multi‐tasking, high organisation and the ability to thrive under pressure during busy periods.
We offer a unique atmosphere with TV on walls, complimentary beverages, hot towel finishes, and a full range of global grooming products. Music is always pumping and we have a strong team of barbers, receptionists and managers.
Responsibilities
• Welcome and greet customers, manage walk‐in retail sales and general enquiries.
• Educate and recommend retail products to walk‐in customers (training provided).
• Assist the store manager in running a large team of barbers.
• Support daily shop operations, including coordinating peak periods and covering shift gaps when necessary.
Qualifications
* Confidence to educate and recommend retail products to walk‐in customers (training provided).
* A customer service superstar with a fun & outgoing personality.
* Someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of barbering without actually being a barber.
* Confidence in assisting your store manager to run a large team of barbers.
* A hunger to smash daily targets & KPI's.
* Roster flexibility across peak times and high‐demand days. Full availability for all day Monday and Tuesday is a non‐negotiable for this position. Extra shifts will also be required occasionally to cover peak periods, school holidays and also sick & annual leave periods.
