What Your Day Could Look Like:
Provide personal care with empathy and respect
Assist with medication, mobility, and household tasks
Make every day special by accompanying clients on outings and activities
Help create safe, welcoming homes where everyone feels supported
Who We're Looking For
Warmth, energy, and reliability—experience is valued but not essential
Willingness for casual, flexible shifts (including occasional sleepovers)
Will be in the area and available/flexible around Xmas
Is willing to drive 30mins - 45mins for an appropriate shift
Excellent communication and a strong, client-focused approach
Ability to work both independently and within a close-knit team
What You'll Need
Driver's License and reliable vehicle
First Aid & CPR certificates
Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain once offered)
Smartphone with up-to-date capabilities
NDIS Orientation Module (it's free)
