We're hiring a Sales Support & Customer Service Administrator to become the friendly first point of contact for customers and to support our growing sales and marketing operations.
What You'll Be Doing
● Answering inbound calls and emails with warmth and professionalism
● Managing new sales enquiries and preparing quotes
● Following up with customers and supporting the Sales Manager
● Maintaining accurate customer and job records in ServiceM8
● Tracking marketing campaigns and contractor performance
● Reporting on lead conversion and marketing KPIs to management
● General admin, sales, and customer support tasks
About You
● Mature and confident in customer-facing roles
● Background in sales, admin, or customer service
● Friendly, proactive, and calm under pressure
● Organised, reliable, and tech-friendly
● Experience with ServiceM8 or similar job management software is a strong advantage
● Bonus: experience in trades, construction, or service-based industries
