This role suits two types of sales executives...

A Specification Sales Executive looking to work for a market-leading brand and a winning culture

OR

An entrepreneurial sales executive with a passion for renovation and design

Working with a close-knit team across the country, you'll develop sales in the Perth area alongside your sales colleague. Your Employer

They serve a broad cross-section of the A&D community, from tier 1 clients to boutique practices.

Your Responsibilities

* Promote, sell, and secure orders for the company's products
* Provide samples and consult with architects and designers
* Build a sales pipeline to meet your targets into 2026 and 2027
* Plan and analyze your territory to measure success
* Troubleshoot, problem-solve, make recommendations, and negotiate with clients
* Follow up with A&D clients to confirm specifications and secure firm orders from contractors
* Use the CRM to track projects and maintain a high conversion rate

You Are...

* Skilled at expanding sales opportunities through effective client engagement
* Able to discuss aesthetic and technical product benefits
* Well-networked in the building and design community (preferred but not essential)
* Able to identify and engage decision-makers for consulting conversations
* Diligent in following up to confirm orders
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
* Organized with strong PC skills
* Confident presenter
* Interior design qualifications are advantageous but not required
