As an Administration Officer at GroutPro Head Office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our national support office. Based in our Upper Coomera location, this full-time position involves providing administrative support to the Head Office team and our network of technicians and franchisees across Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing friendly and professional customer service to clients, suppliers, franchisees and internal staff
- Assisting with invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintaining accurate digital records and databases, including CRM updates and warranty logs
- Scheduling appointments and supporting job bookings for our service team
- Coordinating office activities including stock management, packing and dispatch of product orders
- Assisting with general office upkeep including supplies, filing and procedural updates
- Supporting ad hoc admin and other projects as required

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software preferred
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a small team
- Knowledge or experience in a trade-based or service business is a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Upper Coomera QLD 4209: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Office Administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Accounts receivable: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
