**The Company**
- Residential builder specialising in large-scale renovations, extensions and additions.
- Their typical build values are between $1m and $2m, with the aim of securing larger project in the future.
- Build locations include Bellevue Hill, Vaucluse, Double Bay, Rose Bay, Woollahra, Bondi, Mosman, Northbridge and Castle Hill.
**About The Role**
- The Site Manager / Foreman will oversee and manage a job site from start to finish.
- Salary between $120,000 and $160,000 plus super.
**Duties**
- Site management of trades.
- Quality assurance.
- Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
- Scheduling trades.
- Ordering materials.
- Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
- Site progress reports.
- Site inductions and toolbox talks.
- WH&S.;
- Work on the tools when required.
**Skills & Experience**
- Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
- Experience of managing residential projects from start to finish - new builds, renovations, extensions & additions.
