This is a 12-month maternity leave cover reporting to the Senior Business Partner. You'll work alongside a dedicated group of HR Advisors supporting stakeholders across the full employee lifecycle.
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will thrive in a collaborative and agile environment. Your responsibilities will span everything from providing expert HR guidance and coaching to managers and supporting our employees to leading and streamlining key cyclical processes including performance reviews and compensation planning.
You will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives forward, ensuring smooth operations, and helping foster a culture of excellence across the organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
 * Proven experience working in a similar role within professional services
 * Prior experience supporting Go To Market function is preferable
 * Comfortable navigating complex and ambiguous environments
 * Solid knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
 * Proficiency in handling IR/ER matters
 * Strong communication skills and a customer-centric results-driven mindset
 * Strong relationship management and influencing skills
 * Knowledge of Employment Law and Modern Awards
