**Who are we looking for?**
We are seeking a Lecturer, School of Teacher Education and Leadership (2 positions available) to join School of Teacher Education and Leadership, Faculty of Creative Industries, Education and Social Justice, Academic Division.

**What you need to succeed**
- Completion of a doctoral qualification in Education or equivalent accreditation or standing.
- Demonstrated experience in research/scholarship, which may be evidenced by publications, success in attracting research funding, and/or establishing and maintaining positive collaborations to realise new opportunities.
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary debates, issues, theories and trends relating to teacher education and/or educational leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering innovative and inspirational approaches to teaching, learning and assessment, and a proven track record of exceptional teaching.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate an adaptive, future orientation in teaching, curriculum development, authentic assessment, and the coordination of teaching, which promotes innovative and real-world learning.
To be eligible for appointment to this role, you will possess the following:
- Registered or registerable as a Teacher by the Queensland College of Teachers and additional certification required for ongoing practice or supervision in education settings (CPR, first aid).
