About the Role
* We’re looking for a proactive, confident, and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Director of a growing NDIS support services business. You’ll be the right hand to the founder—handling communications, coordinating with external providers, and managing admin tasks so she can focus on strategic growth.
* This is not a traditional assistant role. You’ll be empowered to run with tasks independently, make decisions, and manage projects with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage email inbox and calendar, including scheduling and follow-ups
* Make phone calls and liaise with marketing agencies, website developers, auditors, and IT providers
* Draft and send professional emails and responses on behalf of the Director
* Track progress across multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met
* Organise documents and maintain SharePoint or other systems
* Prepare summaries, comparison tables, and reports to support decision-making
* Handle confidential information with discretion
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
* Have experience supporting founders or executives in startups or small businesses
* Are confident making decisions and communicating professionally on behalf of others
* Love organising chaos into clarity and systems
* Are tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like SharePoint, Xero, Employment Hero, and Shiftcare (or willing to learn)
* Can work independently and take initiative without needing constant direction
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Valued)
* Experience in NDIS, healthcare, or compliance
* Familiarity with marketing or IT coordination
* Project management or operations experience
