Passionate about producing premium quality poultry products through the Lilydale Free Range and Steggles brands, our client Baiada, have been bringing Australian families together at the dinner table since 1919!
Delivering fresh poultry to local retailers and value-adding products to quick food restaurants, Baiada are leading the way in the industry through innovation and setting high standards around process and efficiency, which ensures they deliver millions of high-quality products every year.
Responsibilities
- Perform various tasks whilst maintaining high standards in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- A strong work ethic along with reliability and commitment to attending rostered shifts
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience in a similar role within a food manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
To be successful in this role, you must not have any birds, pigs or chickens at your place of residence.
