About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team of clinicians in providing high-quality mental health services to consumers, carers, and families across the age spectrum.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrated tertiary qualifications or relevant professional experience, with a focus on mental health clinical background and/or qualifications.
2. Proven skills in organisational change and service development, including systems management.
3. High-level expertise in evidence-based interventions for promoting, preventing, and treating mental illness and substance use.
4. Experience in delivering recovery-oriented care and harm minimisation approaches.
5. Knowledge of legislative requirements governing Mental Health service provision, including NSW Mental Health Act *****) and current State and National Mental Health policies.
