Metso is looking for a results‑driven Project & Order Execution Coordinator to manage the planning and execution of pump equipment orders within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
This role suits a professional who is highly organised, task‑focused, and comfortable working autonomously, while coordinating across multiple internal teams and external partners to deliver on customer expectations.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinate customer orders from order entry through production and delivery
* Plan and manage production orders using SAP
* Actively track progress and communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders
* Work across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and procurement teams
* Liaise with external suppliers and service providers as required
* Proactively resolve issues related to scheduling, materials, and capacity
* Maintain a strong focus on deadlines, accuracy, and quality
What You'll Bring
* A background in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing environments
* Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Demonstrated experience working across multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
* Excellent task prioritisation and organisational skills
* Experience with SAP and production planning systems
* Customer‑focused mindset with clear and confident communication skills
* Fluency in English (Spanish highly regarded)
