About the Role:
Join a newly formed, forward-thinking squad focused on building Gen AI-powered chatbot solutions to transform dispute processing and fraud detection.
This is a greenfield opportunity to design intelligent agent workflows using GPT-4 and LLMs, with a direct impact on customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Gen AI chatbots for dispute types using agentic workflows.
Integrate a first-party fraud detection model to introduce intelligent friction in claims lodgement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including fraud, product, and engineering.
Apply LLM technologies (e.g., GPT-4, LangChain) for prompt engineering, RAG, and guardrail design.
Produce clear documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in Gen AI, chatbot development, and LLMs.
Strong foundation in statistics and probability; able to interpret models.
Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML model development.
Excellent communication skills for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
Tertiary qualification in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
Experience in fraud modelling or financial services.
Familiarity with agentic workflows and multi-agent LLM systems.
Exposure to dispute resolution or claims processing systems.
