Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated leader to manage one of our in-house creative teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in audiovisual production, marketing or a related creative field.
The successful applicant will be responsible for establishing and upholding a compelling creative vision across a wide range of marketing projects, including user acquisition ads, social media campaigns, brand partnerships, and in-game integrations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Project Management
o Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure timely completion.
o Determine project requirements, allocate resources, and implement strategies to meet evolving project needs and deadlines.
* Creative Direction
o Partner with stakeholders to establish and maintain a strong creative vision for marketing campaigns, user acquisition ads, social media content, brand partnerships, and in-game integrations.
o Develop innovative and ambitious creative concepts that enhance the success of our games' marketing strategies.
* Team Leadership
o Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of artists, fostering a collaborative environment where professionals are empowered to deliver high-quality Marketing and User Acquisition assets across multiple platforms.
o Maintain positive relationships with product leads and stakeholders, ensuring smooth production workflows and efficient communication.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years in a Creative Lead role or Team Leader position, showcasing leadership skills in audiovisual production, marketing or a related creative field.
* Strong written and verbal English skills.
* Proven ability to drive projects from concept to completion, demonstrating both creative and operational excellence.
